We are a family run business owned by 2 State Certified Building Contractors, Ed Dion & Bryce Hall along with Interior Designer Yvette Dion Hall.
Bryce Hall - Owner / Lead Contractor
Bryce Hall (license # CBC1261800)is a Part Owner and Lead Contractor of Dion Builders LLC and is a board member of the Tallahassee Builders Association (TBA) and a Member of the Remodelers Council. Bryce moved from Minnesota to Tallahassee in 2004. Bryce started with Dion Builders as an apprentice carpenter under Ed. After 13 years in the trade he sat for the state exam and in 2017 he earned his contractors license. Bryce has been awarded 6 TBA Remodelers Showcase Awards for his 2019 & 2020 projects.
Yvette Dion-Hall - Owner / Residential Design Specialist
Yvette is a Part Owner and Residential Design Specialist for Dion Builders LLC. She is also a full-service Realtor (license#SL3157884). Yvette is a Tallahassee native that grew up in the construction industry with a vision of adding design aesthetics and homes sales to the family business. In 2009 she completed her first project as Lead Designer, an award winning FGBC certified Platinum remodel of a 1960’s bungalow. A year later she graduated with her degree in Interior Design from FSU's CIDA accredited program and has been a pivotal piece Dion Builders award winning designs ever since.
Ed Dion - Founder
Ed Dion (License # CBC045240) is the Founder of Dion Builders LLC. He now serves as a Manager and Mentor. He is a long time member of the Tallahassee Builders Association (TBA), serving twice as president and has twice been named as Builder of the Year. He is also a Life Director of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), has chaired several committees and was recognized in 2008 as FHBA's Remodeler of the Year.

2019 Remodelers Showcase Award Winner - High End Kitchen Renovation

The client’s primary complaint with the existing kitchen was that she felt “trapped” in it when entering from the front entry, dining room or garage. The new kitchen design allows greater flow to the breakfast area, great room, patio and pool. Some structural changes, required by the new plan, were made to a beam carrying the second floor. Cabinetry over the new refrigerator was used to mask an awkward sloped ceiling section below the second floor stairway and custom moldings provide the crown at the 10’ ceilings. All appliances, plumbing, lighting and switching was simplified and updated.
