Luxury Vinyl Plank & Tile
Luxury Vinyl Plank & Tile is the latest trend in durable flooring and has now become the preferred synthetic flooring over laminate flooring due to it's waterproof properties. Waterproof flooring is definitely the selling point with this product. Because, unlike laminate, if you happen to have a water loss or water intrusion in your home, you won't have to toss this flooring in the garbage due to water damage. You most likely will still have to take it up to dry out the subflooring, but then you can put it right back down. And there are many, many wood and tile patterns to choose from. It comes in a click/lock "floating" style just like laminate but it also comes in a glue-down style as well. This is also a great option for a wood-look yet water friendly flooring for your boat.

Carpet Repair
Davis Floors can repair your damaged carpet so you don't have to replace it!
We patch holes, frays and permanent stains in carpet due to pet damage or other damage. Why replace your carpet if we can repair it? All we need is spare carpet left over from your installation, or carpet from your a/c closet, or other closet, to be used as patching material to ensure the patch has its best chance of blending. And then what do we do about the carpet we took from your closet? Just tell us what size we need and we'll bring a remnant to replace it.
Carpet Stretching
Davis Floors can stretch those unsightly trip hazards!
Over time, your carpet can loosen up and develop ripples. In most cases, this is because the original installer only used a carpet knee-kicker to install the carpet rather than a carpet power-stretcher. But a knee-kicker was never designed or intended to be used to stretch carpet. It is only to be used to aid in the stretching process. It just doesn't adequately stretch without the use of a power-stretcher. A power-stretcher has a large power head and uses a series of extension poles to span the length of the entire room. It braces against one wall and power-stretches the carpet to the opposite wall until the whole room is back under the proper tension, as intended by the carpet manufacturer. It's critical to have your loose carpet stretched as soon as you notice ripples in order to avoid delamination of the carpet backing or other permanent damage due to the raised ripples. The raised ripples can also pose a major trip hazard, particularly for small children and the elderly.
